[Abstract]: Neonatal and early infancy are critical windows for brain development. It is also a risk period for intracranial hemorrhage, which can range in severity from general and benign to potentially destructive. Intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) is a common neurological lesion in neonatology, with periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhage (PVH-IVH) being the most common. The disease progresses rapidly and has a high mortality and disability rate. The success rate of rescuing critically ill children has significantly improved in recent years, thanks to the rapid advancements in medicine, and ICH is still a major problem in neonatology. The pathogenesis of neonatal ICH is complex, understand preterm birth.
